We know that waiting for your order can be tough, so we ship all orders as quickly as possible. After receipt of your order we will dispatch the products within 2-5 working days. Delivery times for international shipping will take 3 - 7 working days. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email notification with tracking details for verification of your order status.
Within Germany: 3,50 €. Within Germany we offer free shipment with a minimum order value of 50,00 €.
To European countries (Zone 1): 10,00 EUR (independent from the order value)
To European countries (Zones 2 + 3): 14,00 EUR (independent from the order value)
At the moment wo only ship to Germany and the following countries within Europe:
Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg, France, Italy, Spain, Great Britain, Sweden, Finnland, Denmark and Norway.
We do our best to serve the friends of PEPPERPRINT® around the world soon.
In exceptional cases we also may ship to other European countries, or outside of Europe, upon special request. If your country is not listed above and you are interested in purchasing our products, please email us to: firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will send you a shipping offer based on your location and order volume. We are not responsible for any customs duties or fees, occurring on international shipping. These have to be borne by the customer.
We accept payment credit/debit card. When paying by card you will be asked for the card number, its period of validity and the CVC-code. We do not store card details after completion of the transaction.
PayPal allows secure payment from your PayPal account, bank account or credit card. You will be directed to the PayPal site, where you have to log in and authorise the payment. Then you will be redirected to the shop to complete the order.
Payment by bank transfer must me made prior to shipment to our bank account. The bank details will be sent to you by email after completion of the order.
Here at PEPPERPRINT® Creations we have put all our passion and efforts in the design and quality of our products, and we hope you love everything you buy from us. However, if for some reason you are not happy with a product, you can send it back to us and we'll do our best to keep you satisfied. Before a return, please contact us if you have a problem with an item. We may be able to resolve the issue without the need to return the product.
You have 14 days from the day you receive your goods to cancel your order and request a refund or exchange.
In case of return for reasons of warranty in quality we will bear the costs for the return shipment. Please be aware that for any other reasons, you will have to pay the shipping costs.
You can return a product, as long as:
- you have taken reasonable care of the product
- the product is in its original condition (same as when they left our warehouse)
- the product has not been used, worn, soiled or damaged
Please do not remove any labels or hang-tags.
Products will be refunded providing that they are in original condition, with the original packaging and labels, and reasonable care has been taken to ship them properly packed, to be safely returned to us. If the above criteria are not met, we reserve to refuse the return. The product is on your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse.
Refunds will be processed as soon as possible, latest within 30 days of receiving the returned item(s), paid directly to your credit/debit card or PayPal account. We only can refund the value of the goods. Shipping costs for your original order are not refundable.
How to return an item:
Please send us an email to: email@example.com (within 14 days of receiving the product) and inform us that you wish to cancel.
Your message should include:
- your name, address and phone number
- order number and date
- reason why you wish to return the products
All the information you need for this form should be contained within your Order confirmation email.
We will reply to you within 2-3 working days, which further instructions for the return of the items.
We recommend that you return the goods in the original or appropriate packaging and use a 'signed for' delivery method and obtain proof of postage. Please include the original packaging and include a sender name, address and order number for our reference.
